Return Policy - SouthwesternGlow offers a 14 day return policy on select items with certain restrictions. The following items are not allowable for returns:
Items that have the original packaging, markings, and are in the same condition that they originally had will be accepted within 14 days of purchase.
Personalized or Custom Items - SouthwesternGlow has certain restrictions when making custom items. Each restriction will be listed in the description of the item, or will be specified through communication with the customer. Custom requests may be made, but will only be accepted under special circumstances to be determined by SouthwesternGlow. Personalized items are not eligible for returns.
Stock availability: SouthwesternGlow has limited stock availability and may not always have the material needed. Customers will be notified of unavailabilities as they come, and this may delay fulfilling orders.
